The literal translation of the title of this movie is: the first spring of the 60's.
This movie is a political propaganda based on the true story that really happened in real life, but what happened afterward was not told:
The mechanization of the plant did result in better end product but only at the cost of using higher grade iron ore that was much more expensive and much scarce. Once the supply ran out, the plant was forced to change back to the old iron ore of lower grade. The problem was that the newly mechanized plant could no longer use the lower grade iron ore previously used and the mechanization project proved to be a complete waste of resources. This is what this movie did not mention and this is why it deserves a big thumb down.
