In the hospital, and in the courtroom, Chris can be seen to have huge scars across his stomach and chest, all the way up his right shoulder. When Deni and Chris take off their shirts in the police station, Chris has no scars.
When Deni and Chris are kissing in the office, they each remove their shirts. Then towards the end of the scene, Deni has her shirt back on for one shot.
When Chris is smashing up the casino, he starts out by hitting a slot machine and the plastic cover comes off revealing the inner lights, which are out. In the next shot, the lights are on.
The loaded shotgun disappears from the seat of the truck after the fights in the casino.
As Chris and Jay are fighting, they tumble down a hill. As they are tumbling, Jay's ax disappears for one sequence. When they stop rolling, the ax reappears in Jay's hand.
When Deni and Chris are in the police station shoot out, Deni continues to shoot when the gun is out of ammo and the gun makes a clicking sound and the slide is closed. The gun is a Glock and the slide opens and stays open when the last shot is fired for easy reload, and when the slide is open you can no longer pull the trigger to make a clicking sound.
The scars on Chris's chest and stomach disappear when he is unloading wood from his truck. He lifts his shirt after putting on his tool belt over it and he has no visible scars. Previously, he had been cut up when attacked by the casino security.
When a thug from the Casino jumps onto Vaughn, he lands on top of the 4x4 he was using to smash up the place. You can see the 4x4 bend when Vaughn throws the thug down on the table.
Chris scares a thug in the casino and the guy turns around and knocks himself out by running into a object. But he obviously misses it by quite a way.
The tattoo of the Fifth Special Forces Group beret flash that Chris has on his left biceps shows the pattern that was used during the Vietnam War but was not used during the time Chris would have been serving in the army.
When the guns are shooting at the walls of the jail they pierce through just fine, like shooting at sheetrock. A real jail would have concrete or cinder block walls that would stop bullets.
During the football scene, as Chris' team is about to start the final play before the game is finished, Chris shouts out, "End zone 28", but, as the camera cuts to Chris, his mouth is not moving.
As Chris walks into the kitchen after Denny drives away from their property, Chris' mom is on the phone and asks "where is he" regarding their family member Pete but her mouth was not moving as the camera panned over to her.
When Chris pulls up to the casino with a shotgun in his truck, a cameraman is reflected in his windshield.
Just before Chris pulls over Jay on the road, the car lights of the camera crew are visible as they pass Jay's car.
When Ray fights the goons in Chris' house a cameraman is visible in the reflection on a cupboard.
