While Stella is brushing her hair her blue nightgown is clearly on both shoulders. When Max moves toward her, the blue nightgown is off her left shoulder.
The story is set in the Summer of 1959. The Mk II Jaguar, as used by Raphael, was only introduced for the London Show in October of that year.
