Third-rate cast in a fourth-rate movie
Imagine taking a group of third-rate actors, some of whom are non-native English speakers with grotesque accents, and sticking them in a fourth-rate movie with a predictable plot, unimaginative photography and TV-style special effects, and you will get something like this movie. Or, in all likelihood, you will get something better. In brief: A group of international students spend their final days of school at a large indoor pool in Prague. (Why Prague?, you might ask. Presumably because shooting a film there is cheap, and so are the actors.) As they spend their evening with alcohol, dancing and whatever else teenagers do in their evenings, a masked killer (a very novel idea, this) kills them off one by one in a variety of gruesome killings (that is, if you find ketchup gruesome). It would have been in the interest of the viewer, if the killings had proceeded at a much quicker pace, so as to terminate this movie after the first ten minutes.
