Goofs

Grind

Continuity

When the main characters and the Wiggas are driving side by side and the Wiggas throw firecrackers into the van, the dash starts a small fire. In the next shot, it's all back to normal, and shows no sign of damage.
When Dustin is rooting around the trash for a receipt, the boy pukes on his hand. Yet in the next shot (from the air) there is no mess, and he is totally dry.
While Lou is making out with the thief-girl in the van, he rolls down the window half-way to speak to the boy, but in the next shot the window is all the way down. The window is all the way back up when it switches view again.
When Matt pushes Dustin in the water Eric is in the background laughing hysterically, when the shot changes Eric isn't laughing at all.
When Bam walks in the skate shop, he was given 3 decks. He had all 3 stacked facing graphic up and the very next shot, he only had 1 deck in his hand with the graphic facing down

Revealing mistakes

At the beginning when Eric is skating to the skate shop the grip tape on the skateboard changes from blank to a painted-on etnies symbol.
When Matt is wrestling the skateboard away from the blonde child, you can see the child behind Dustin and Eric when they switch shots.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Matt jumps off the roof into the pool he yells, but his mouth doesn't open.
When they visit the pool at the pink motel, the clip of them before they view the pool is actually a clip of them leaving.

Errors in geography

The lizard which Matt throws out of his pants after the gang has to sleep in the desert is a leopard gecko (Eublepharis macularius) which are native only to the Pakistan-Afghanistan region, and nowhere in the United States.
The beginning of the movie is set in Chicago; however, there are clearly palm trees - which do not grow in or anywhere close to Illinois - visible behind Bam's skate shop.
The lizard that crawls up Matt's pants, is actually an African Geko. They are not naturally found in the US. Only in Pet Stores will you find them.

Character error

In the end credits, Bam Margera is credited as playing "Chad", when he clearly plays himself.
