When the player is in the submarine level, they log on to a computer that mentions "Sean Faraday". However through out the game afterward, his name is spelt "Shaun Faraday".
In the opening level, MacReady's tape can be discovered and listened to. The line "nobody trusts anybody anymore" is left out, which is correct since Mac rewound the tape and recorded over it, but he also erased "we're all very tired," which is still in this version.
