Edit

Factual errors

Several times, doctors are shown shocking patients through their clothes. Defibrillation is always done on the bare skin.
Akash and Neha several times remove their surgical masks while in the operating room. This is a violation of basic surgical practice, as it would contaminate the sterile environment. (The most egregious example of this is in the brain surgery at the beginning of the film when Akash pulls off his surgical mask to yell at Neha while his patient is lying on the operating table in front of him with an open skull.)
Ventilator sounds can be heard throughout the subdural procedure but the patient is not intubated.

Revealing mistakes

Audio/visual unsynchronised

Character error

Doctors are shown placing defibrillator paddles side-by-side in the middle of patients' chests. The correct placement is with one paddle below the right shoulder and the other below the left nipple.
