Not the turkey it appears to be.....

I really must disagree with the earlier comment - whilst this might not be at the forefront of cutting edge comedy, i can think of many so called "comedies" that in no way raise as many laughs as this one does..and after all, isn't that the idea of a comedy - its aim is to make you laugh, this might be at the lower end of the sophistication ladder but it sure raised some belly laughs from me..not everyones cup of tea as they say, and the "crude" accusation cannot be denied - but i give it B+ for effort..Anthony Cotton and Sarah Moffett the co-writers also star in the show, and although it looks like it has died a death on the little seen BBC3 I hope its given a chance at a life beyond the backwater of digital limbo...

FOr heaven's sake turn it off

This sit com must rank as one of the worst I've ever seen. While I'm not a prude - and enjoy adult humour as much as the next person - this is smutty, cheap and so stereotypical as to be insulting. I would have thought Frances Barber would have had more class than to lend her name to this abomination. If you want good comedy centred around adult relationships - watch Coupling to see how it's done perfectly, funny, witty, down to earth. This sordid little show should have died at the pilot stage.

Thank you IMDb!

Wow! I remember a few years ago watching this absolutely terrible sitcom and telling people about it, and couldn't remember the name of it. Also, nobody else I know saw it so I was left a bit baffled - surely it couldn't have been a dream (nightmare more like)? Anyway I was just thinking about Coronation Street when I realised it had that bloke from the factory in it, so a quick check on IMDb has brought me to this page! It's so funny seeing people from other countries saying English comedy's sophisticated when we have crap like this. And the jokes were so crude but without being funny, not sure if I can give an example here but trust me it was just rank and dull.

I think it was on BBC3, a bit after they showed Honky Sausage, which was brilliant and never got repeated, even though it had Big Mo from EastEnders in it! And why isn't it on the IMDb?
