When Lazlo tears the bill apart in the beginning of the film, the tear forms more or less rectangular pieces. The pieces, which were put together in the end of the film, are triangular and the tear meets exactly the corners of the bill, what was actually not the case as the bill was parted.
After Strabo falls down the stairs strapped to the chair, the rope is clearly not tied around his wrists anymore. When he walks back up the stairs his hands are once again securely fastened by the white rope.
The Porsche receives a gunshot through the windshield as they escape in Mexico. In the final scenes, as they drive away, the windshield is okay.
When Jill is about to shoot Jimmy as he is tied to chair, in one shot you can see Cynthia's hair on his right shoulder (as if she was still tied up next to him), after she and Oz have been released and are standing across the room.
In the opening scene, Laszlo Gogolak is writing notes. The close up shots show a left handed person writing but when the camera goes to a full body show, Laszlo Gogolak is holding the pen in his right hand.
When Jill jumps in the car at the hotel to drive away, she starts the car normally with the key. Since the car had been hot-wired, and never repaired, the car would not start with the key.
Jimmy jumps in and starts to drive the Buick after hot-wiring it. Although many modern day cars can be hot-wired, they still have a steering column lock. Jimmy would have to either have the key to unlock it, or break the mechanism in order to start it.
When Jimmy is arguing with Jill in the hotel room, Oz tells Strabo that Jimmy killed 21 people. In the first film, Jimmy is reputed to have killed 17. By the end of the film, he has killed Janni, two of his goons, an undercover cop, and Frankie Figs. That would bring his total to 22.
The accent of the Hungarian mobster is ridiculous and uncharacteristic as is his poor mispronunciation of words.
Lazlo and his henchmen transport their guns in suitcases with inserts to block X-rays with normal luggage items on the outside. An X-ray works by penetrating the target from one side to the other with certain materials absorbing more or less of the X-rays, giving you contrast. The inserts would prevent the X-rays from making it through at all, meaning the image would be blank.
When Oz is hitting his head on the wall in his office, the poster partly falls off and the foam behind it is visible.
In the first scene at the Gogolak's hideout, when Lazlo goes to put the dollar fragment into the painting, the video is played in reverse. The ash and smoke from the cigarette go towards it, instead of from it.
When Oz and Jill are in the utility room to collect weapons the first gun Jill picks up is a H&K MP-5. She waves the heavy machine pistol around like a lightweight plastic toy gun which of course it is. There is another identical weapon hanging by the trigger guard from a screw or nail on the wall in the background the way a professional hit man would obviously store a very expensive tool of the trade. Storing an arsenal of guns directly above the washer and dryer in a humid laundry room is just bad set decorating/negligent film making.
After Jimmy throws him at the wall at the inn, Oz falls onto the bed with his legs bent toward the left. But in the next shot, they're bent toward the right.
Oz and Jill carry an arm load of weapons from the utility room out to the car but don't bother to take any ammunition or extra magazines for the guns.
When Oz is panning the camera aimed at Cynthia; he is not using a security camera controllers, but rather a radio transmitter for remote controlled (R/C) aircraft.
In the opening scene, the soundtrack "Gypsy Life" is sung in Romanian. If they intended to play a typical Hungarian gypsy song (as Laszlo is Hungarian), they got it wrong.
Though the opening sequence is set in 1961, a modern-day box of Federal shotgun shells is visible in the background.
The opening scene was set in 1961. However, the Cadillac that is in the scene is either a 1963 or a 1964 model.
The tires squeal in the dirt when in Mexico.
Camera crew reflecting in the open door of the black limousine before Laszlo Gogolak shoots two guys in the trunk of another car.
As the two cars drive in the junkyard, the camera dolly and its track are reflected in the car door.
When Jimmy is vacuuming and the chicken is in the shot, you can see a rope tied to the chickens leg and you can see someone is pulling it.
When Lazlo find Oz at his house, Oz has no idea who he is. Someone as paranoid as Oz would surely know the father of the man, in who's murder he was involved in.
In the newspaper article, it states "Lazlo Gogolak to be Released From Prison". The correct Hungarian spelling of his name is László.
When Oz returns to his office he tells Julie that he visited a killer who cooked some chicken. The meal was lobster.
