No one should see this!
jvc12631 August 2006
In the early 90" our country-Yugoslavia started to fall apart.A great deal in this process had western(American)propaganda and famous actors started to choose sides without knowing what is going on.Iam not talking about Serbs and Croats and why we were fighting in that stupid war,i am talking about people who"s job is to entertain people and not to talk about politics. This movie is one sided, not true and it is pure Croatian propaganda and no one should ever see it again, because there is no historical facts ,only propaganda! Iam sorry for myself for waisting time to watch this"documentary movie",and i am sorry because i was listening a voice of my favorite actor Martin Sheen in a propaganda film who was talking against my people.A great actor just don't do that!!!

Do not fall on such tricks...this is not good for our future relations !!!

This is just stupid. After all years that past, years of wars and hatred, i started to respect our neighbors (Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia...etc.). Why? People can hate something that other nation have, but only crazy can hate nation cause of that. I hate some people and some of them are (was) from Serbia but don't give me right to hate all nation of Serbia people (same goes for Croatia and Bosnia). So? What I think of this kind of movies - AWFUL is a weak word. Enjoy your life and keep peace wherever you are!!! Watched few "war" movies involved Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia and all i can get from them is that we (all people involved) are not guilty. People who are behind that stupid war will never pay enough to repent them self. Watch it...but don't live it...its dead already.

Sick!
cudak31177-130 March 2008
This is so sick, and i'm so disappointed and disgusted by Martin Sheen, that i will NEVER LOOK AT ANY OF HIS MOVIES AGAIN ! ! ! Making killers out of victims, and vice versa is sick. But, i can understand it. Martin made one great movie in his career (and that is a good movie thanks to greatest actor ever, Marlon Brando, where poor Martin is standing deep in the shadow of Marlon), and now he had to do this crap, or he will be forgotten. Thanks God, there is a few million people in Croatia that will never condone such a bad "actor"...As far as i'm concerned, drop dead Martin! The only good thing you ever done is making of Charlie and Emilio.

A documentary that shows the horror of Serbian aggression.
musicismylife87618 March 2007
A wonderfully made documentary. . . I congratulate Martin Sheen for taking the time and interest in this matter at a time when the rest of the world was turning a blind eye to Serbian atrocities in Croatia (and soon Bosnia and Herzegovina.) Of course there will always be Serbs that will dismiss anything depicting their aggression as "propaganda" just because they cannot accept the fact that their country is responsible for the most heinous crimes Europe has seen since WWII. When I look at cities like Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Karlovac, Zadar, Hrvatska Kostajnica, and Glina which suffered bombings and whose people lived in constant fear from the JNA tanks that were positioned near by. And the ethnic cleansing that would be taking place in VUKOVAR, Kijevo, Knin, Erdut, Ilok, and all over Lika and Slavonija, not to mention concentration camps in Bosnia and the Srebrenica massacre. The only people that will challenge the facts of this film are the same people that have been listening to Slobodan Milosevic's well-oiled propaganda machine on how Serbs were "defending" Serbian land in order to create their Greater Serbia. This film will help stamp out those myths and let the world understand how monsters like Zeljko Raznatovic "Arkan," Radovan Karadzic, Ratko Mladic, and Dragan Vasiljkovic were allowed to come to power.
