Two female cars flash their pop up headlights at McQueen. He says "I like being me" and stares at them.
McQueen's sponsor is Rusteze, a "medicated bumper ointment" that gets rid of rust. This is basically a car version of hemorrhoid cream. This is his reason for wanting a better sponsor.
Two vehicles say a poem about winter. The poem ends in "All that salt and grime can rust your bolts and freeze your nuts." However, they are interrupted before they can say that last word.
Ramone lifts his rear end in front of two minivans, who react in shock as they see his undercarriage.
Lizzy puts a bumper sticker that says "Nice Butte" on a minivan's rear bumper.
Mater jokingly says that Sally is his fiance but then says that she just likes him for his body.
A sign at a truck stop mentions convertible waitresses, which is an analogy for them being topless.
McQueen notices a pinstriping tattoo (or a tramp stamp) on Sally's back.
During the scene when the female cars flash their lights at McQueen, a car with a camera in the crowd (on the left) can be seen gazing at one of the girls' bumpers and taking a picture. This is an easily missed background detail.

In a nightmare sequence, we see Chick Hicks get chopped up by Frank.
In the opening race, Chick Hicks causes a huge pileup with the other racers in an attempt to stop Lightning from beating him. Lightning makes it through the wreck effortlessly, but a lot of the racers involved in the wreck are badly injured, with one of the cars being really crumpled up and leaking oil. Most of this is played for laughs though.
While all characters are vehicles, they do some pretty raucous like hit each other, careening off walls, trees, cones, tires and crash.
Lightning McQueen gets chased by a police car in one scene, but his engine/exhaust pipe backfires a lot and he thinks he's getting shot at, but he's not.
Chick Hicks sabotages other racers by pushing and slamming into them.
In a dream, Lightning imagines himself as a jet fighter firing rockets at advancing War of the Worlds-like alien machines, which explode when hit by his weaponry, in his own movie, "Lightning Storm".

Profanity

McQueen says he's in "hillbilly hell". Sally later repeats his phrase, saying "even here in hillbilly hell, we have standards."
One use of "pisser".
2 cars say to Lightning McQueen: "Get your rear-end in here!" intended as a minor mature joke.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

None

A car says that his brother is lit but still needs headlights, implying he uses drugs.
Filmore the VW Bus is presumed to be on the drugs throughout the movie. He's this movies interpretation of a stereotypical hippy from the 60's and 70's.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Mild

There is a very bittersweet musical number that shows how Radiator Springs used to be before the interstate was built.
McQueen accidentally rips the road with a statue of the city's founder, and has to repair it as consequence by the fate of his arrogance.
There is a scene where Lightning McQueen gets his tires popped and his axles spark, which can be intense for neurodivergent viewers.
None/Mild for neurodivergent viewers.
The cars in Radiator Springs are shown to be a little sad and mellow due to the state of the town.
