Strange Birds has a 1931 copyright on the title
Filmed in Sennett Color, an early form of color film Mack Sennett invented. A 2-color process using double-coated nitrate film, cyan blue on one side and orange-red on the other. The process produced "breathtaking visuals with natural realism and was well received upon release," according to Geno's House of Rare Film.
