Peter Goldson, aka The Stabilizer, searches for drug smuggler Greg Rainmaker. Rainmaker killed Goldson's fiancee by kicking her with his spiked shoes, and now Goldson wants revenge.

Peter Goldson, aka The Stabilizer, searches for drug smuggler Greg Rainmaker. Rainmaker killed Goldson's fiancee by kicking her with his spiked shoes, and now Goldson wants revenge. An FBI agent known as the stabilizer is sent to Thailand to retrieve a professor who has been captured by the drug lord known as the rainmaker. When the FBI agent arrives in Thailand, he is welcomed by guns, bullets, explosions n car chases by the villain's henchmen who wears triangle shaped earrings.
