Greta Scacchi, Donald Sutherland, Jürgen Prochnow, and Thure Riefenstein in Baltic Storm (2003)

Goofs

Baltic Storm

Edit

Continuity

The blades of the helicopter behind Lou Aldryn move again despite having stopped completely only seconds before.
When the two escorts are thrown off the Estonia there is a shot of one of them on the phone with the Estonia docked in the background with the bow door shut. Later, as the ship prepares to leave, there is a shot of the bow door closing
The damage to Erik and Julia's car repairs itself.

Factual errors

None of the ships (except for one scene of the "Seahorse") has its full lights switched on when necessary.
One of the officers aboard the Estonia uses "Zebra" for the letter "Z". The NATO and international aviation standard for the letter is "Zulu" (though Zebra exists).
One of the ships in the background wasn't used in 1994.
The format for car license plates in Estonia is three numbers and three letters (e.g. 123 ABC).

Miscellaneous

The miniature flag for Estonia on the table with Sweden's and Finland's, appears to be upside down during the initial shots during the press conference. In later shots it is right side up. Hard to see for sure but it appears that way initially.

Anachronisms

Plenty of cars produced after 1994 can be seen.

Errors in geography

When Julia arrives at the hospital the ambulances are Danish, although they are supposed to be in Sweden.
