Before Dick loses control of the car Dinkadoo tries to roll up the windows and claims that they are stuck, yet when the car is spinning the windows are clearly closed.
When the boys get stuck in the muddy field, Hunter's condition makes him fall asleep in the trunk and when he does we hear the tires flatten, but when the farmer tows them out they start driving immediately.

In reality baby rabbits are born naked (no fur) with their eyes tightly shut. It takes about 10 DAYS for their fur to grow fully. It takes two WEEKS for their eyes to open and for them to start hopping around. The baby bunnies in the movie are at least two weeks old.
