The Japanese Famicom version of Double Dragon II: The Revenge features some differences from the NES game including the title screen which has Technos Japan Corps. copyright instead of Acclaim copyright. Another difference is the Famicom version has Easy, Normal, Difficultly which you can play through all 9 levels while the NES version has Practice, Warrior, Supreme Master which limits the number of levels you play through. If your players die in the Famicom version, you have unlimited continues while in the NES version if you die, then it's game over unless you enter cheat codes. The Famicom version features Japanese text in the cut scenes rather than the English text in the NES version.
