Only Mildly Awful

I viewed one 25 minute section from a show that was presented by Jack Hylton.Rather surprisingly,as he was an all round entertainer he leaves most of the singing to others.Instead he appears in 2 really dire sketches. In the first half he is in a bedroom with Anthea Askey, with double beds, trying to convince of how funny a joke is.The second half consists of another silent movie spoof, not dissimilar to the one seen in the Arthur Askey show.the only way to make this even remotely funny is to fast forward through it.It beggars belief that Henderson a very talented entertainer could appear in a show as unfunny as this.He would get better in time.
