Disturbing violence.
The Hulk fights the military, tossing tanks and soldiers aside, and he is shot at with small and heavy arms fire. Several of these scenes are prolonged and intense.

The ending can be intense, as the fighting is dramatic.
A few jump scares.
The opening credits of a starfish being amputated and growing back may be disturbing to some audience, particularly children.
Animal experimentation is extensively shown.
Due to the arthouse feel and mostly humorless tone, it is considered to be one of the most bleak Marvel films.
The gamma dogs fight and claw the Hulk.
The primary villain of the movie can be very scary when he uses his powers, especially when he transforms into an electric monster.
The many fight sequences throughout are intense.
