A great start...

When the grown-ups extend Adult Swim way longer than usual, the Kids Next Door pick up the distress signal and are on their way! This short was the first KND short to be featured on Cartoon Network, and gave birth to one of the coolest cartoons on TV today.

The cartoon also helped to define the characters we love. Over-analyzing Numbah 1, excited pilot Numbah 2, happy-go-lucky Numbah 3, tough-guy Numbah 4, and cool-as-a-cucumber Numbah 5. The KND fight for the honor of kids everywhere to go swimming as much as they want, or they face banishment to (gasp!) the KIDDY POOL!

The short, also known as "No P in OOL" re-runs occasionally on Cartoon Network, so catch it when you can! ADULT SWIM IS OVER!!!

Wow. All i can say is this has to be one of the stupidest cartoon series i've ever seen. Guns that shoot out teddy bears??? gee, what a menacing weapon. yawn!!! not to mention most of the villains are weird and retarded.

Now the idea for this show could have been turned into a better cartoon. Apparently the producers of this show can't decide what the kids are supposed to be doing. The kids are supposed to be fighting the adults that terrorize the kids, but half the time they just end up trying to kill the ice cream man. And i don't get how if the kids were the only age group to even exist until they scientifically created an adult species, then why do the kids grow into adults? Major plot hole!!!!
