Goofs

Continuity

During the scene with the armored car, the roof panels of Trey's Corvette disappear and reappear between shots.
During Trey Sellars first audition, he wears a shoulder holster which disappears briefly during the scene.
When Preston and Chase are talking in the restaurant, Preston's hamburger is repeatedly up/down between shots.
When Trey goes to visit Mitch at his apartment the receipt on the bag of Chinese take out changes to a menu and back again several times during their conversation at the door.
When Mitch and Trey are almost forced out through the hotel window by the falling pool water, Trey handcuffs himself to Mitch with standard handcuffs. Later, when they are seen hanging from a rail the handcuffs have a much longer connecting chain.

Revealing mistakes

When Caesar shoots through the hotel door, his shotgun fires a 12 gauge slug that should have also shattered the room's window. The rounds easily went through the much thicker ceiling and swimming pool above.
When Trey pulls into the police garage, his stunt driver is clearly white.
When Preston is trying to kick the windshield out of the police car trapped on the garbage truck, you can see a black cable attached to the windshield to pull it away.

Crew or equipment visible

At the end of the armored car heist, when all the cop cars are leaving, there is a crewmember crouching down right in front of the camera wearing a blue vest.
As Cesar Vargas is riding in the hotel elevator, the glass reflects a crew member holding a reflecting screen.
In the brief low-angle shot of Robert De Niro's stuntman landing on the hood of the car during the garbage truck chase, a camera crew can be seen filming a different angle on the scene in the lower right of frame (may only be visible in 4:3 version of movie).
When Mitch Preston is chasing Vargas in the cop car, crewmembers are reflected in the window of a building, as are the truck and trailer pulling the cop car along.
In various scenes with the garbage truck, the supposedly dead driver can be seen steering and turning the truck.

Character error

When Trey is giving Mitch advice about not 'wearing ugly checkered shirts' , and needs to wear solids more, he is actually already wearing the solid blue shirt that Rene's character compliments him on later.
