In the scene where Joe hits Karen across the face with his cell phone , she is sitting in the passenger seat while he is driving. So he hits her on the left side of her face. In the next scene, he is helping her apply makeup to the bruise over her right eye.

In the seaplane scene, Cheryl's not wearing a headset. When in a private aircraft, all passengers must wear headsets in order to hear and talk to one another. Even when shouting over the engine, without a headset, you won't be heard-it's simply too loud.

It works to depolarize the nerve cells at the neuromuscular junction causing rapid flaccid paralysis which results in the user being unable to move and breath. Although this is portrayed accurately in the movie, there is no know antidote. Even if there could be one found, once the drug has had its effect of paralysis, the only way to have termination of effect is for the drug to be metabolized and for the body to recover in 5- 10 minutes (which before then would also require medical interventions to assist with breathing).

But when Joe reads Abby's prescription bottle it plainly shows the Astoria Memorial Hospital address as 3297 Cedar St. in the city of Astoria, Oregon with the actual Astoria's correct zip code 97103 and area code of 503. The real hospital in Astoria is Columbia Memorial on Exchange St.
