Continuity

In the regional tournament the announcer says Mickey has only given up 5 runs all season (52:58), but in the World Series they say Mickey has only given up 4 runs all season (01:18:32).
In the LLWS Final against Cuba, the Cuban pitcher, while up to bat, hits a home run in the first inning. In the original shot his foot is still inside the box but in the overhead shot (01:21:13) his front foot is in the opposite batter's box and going by LL rule he should be out.

Factual errors

In Cuba's first game the 10 run rule is put into effect and there are two mistakes in this scene (58:46). First a LL game only has 6 innings. They were in the 6th and Cuba was the visiting team so Latin America should have gotten their bats. Secondly the 10 run rule should have been put into effect after the 5th inning when the score was 10-0.
In the last game Mickey gives up a home run to Bulsa in the first inning, and he's the third hitter of the lineup. Then Mickey doesn't give up another hit and faces Bulsa for the last out of the game. This is impossible because if this happened the last batter of the game would be the first hitter. The order would go: 1st inning: 1 2 3 4 hitters. 2nd inning: 5 6 7 hitters. 3rd inning: 8 9 1 hitters. 4th inning: 2 3 4 hitters. 5th inning: 5 6 7 hitters. 6th inning: 8 9 1 hitters.
The commentary notes (01:01:14) that the North Vegas (U.S. West) team is mistakenly shown coming out of the Visitor dugout to take the field to begin their first Little League World Series game against the Gulf States team - the home team always takes the field first.
Another Home/Visitor dugout mistake occurs when the North Vegas (U.S. West) team plays the Cuban (Caribbean) team. Mickey, the third to bat in the top of the first inning, is shown coming out of the Home dugout (01:17:46) when the Home team always takes the field in the top of an inning.
