In order to gain control, he masterminds the undoing of his boss, Shanks, who controls a network of operations from behind bars and all hell breaks loose. Taylor, meanwhile, is forced to defend himself against repeated attacks by Shanks and his killers - a bloodthirsty gang who control the joint. When Taylor's partner is savagely mutilated by Garnett, Taylor is forced to escape and settle the score in the only way Garrett understands - with fists and firepower.
