Venomous (2001)

Goofs

Venomous

Edit

Continuity

The woman who uses pepper spray on the guard goes down the hill in a different car. The headlights give it away.
At minute 10:00 when Bob is getting into his truck, the sound of the truck starting occurs as Bob is shifting himself into position in the truck, before he has a chance to turn the key.

Factual errors

The respirator masks being used by the hospital staff are not a biological contaminant style, (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) the orange label cartridges shown being used are only for organic vapors, i.e. chlorine, chlorine dioxide or sulfur dioxide etc. In effect, the hospital staff are using respirators no better than simply covering their nose with their hands.
At minute 1: 01 a broken ABS drain pipe is shown with a low volume stream of water draining out after a temblor. At minute 1:16, the same line drain line is shown still draining some water, although still not under pressure, and the broken drain line is used to illustrate why there is no running water in the home.
At minute 1:26, the helicopter Maj. General Sparks gets into is not a military helicopter and the tail number on the helicopter is registered to a 1986 six seat single engine Piper PA-46-31.

Anachronisms

Audio/visual unsynchronised

At minute 1:14 the muzzle flash from the soldiers rifle does not match the sound of the shots being fired.
