Bruce Jenner has filed court papers to throw out the wrongful death suit filed by the stepchildren of the woman killed in an accident in February on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California.
The car crash left one driver, Kimberly Howe, 69, dead and five others injured.
In early May, Howe's two stepchildren, William Howe, 57, and Dana Redmond, 60, filed the lawsuit alleging that the impact of Jenner's SUV "propelled" her into the other lane.
Jenner, 65, responded to the family’s suit stating they lack standing to assert a wrongful death claim because they were "not financially dependent upon the decedent for the necessities of life.

The seemingly endless wait for the Syfy summer schedule is finally over! There is good news and bad, and one thing that is both good and bad. Let’s start with that: the Eureka Season Finale. We love Eureka, so every episode is good news; the fact that it’s a series finale, not so much. Mark your calendars – and have plenty of Kleenex in stock – for July 16 at 9/8c. Right after Comic-Con, which is early this year. We’ll see if that means a panel or not.
The good news: Warehouse 13 and Alphas return on July 23. The hmmm news is that Lost Girl will move to Fridays at 10 on July 20. Hey That’S Haven’S Spot. So Where The Heck Is Haven? Admittedly we had a head’s up that Haven would be pushed to fall when we learned that the DVDs for Season 2 weren’t being released until September but Argh.

So what's next for the channel that has given us plenty of things that have gone bump in the night along with more CG monsters than anyone could possibly keep up with? Read on for details of Syfy's "upfront" presentation.
As you'd expect from a network named Syfy, several of these projects are more sci-fi than horror, but we thought we'd pass on all the news anyway:

Ah, transport of delight. You can't beat a bit of British transport. Whether the slow-moving train breaks down or is held up because of a stray crisp packet on the line or whether the plane's been delayed because the pilot's too busy having a crafty fag, it seems that time waits for every man and woman who are just trying to get from A to B.
And then there are the roads. The average road always seems to be one long line of cars, lorries, buses, taxis and juggernauts, a depressing vista of never-ending metal and rubber. Still, while you're at the wheel, at least you can ponder on some of life's big questions. Why does it always rain at weekends after sunny weekdays? Is it really possible to touch your elbow with your tongue? Could The Only Way Is Essex be the most depressing thing shown in the history of television?...
