When Donna is on her very first flight with Sierra Air, her hair is piled up in a 'big' hairdo with a ponytail. When the flight is over, and Co-Pilot Steve is talking to her, her hair is perfectly straight.

When Christine makes the "assess the window" comment, she is wearing the long sleeve teal shirt, but in Donna's reaction shot she is wearing the sleeveless teal shirt. When it's Donna's turn to "assess the window", she is wearing the long sleeve shirt. The class dresses identically throughout the training course.

When Christine is changing the ID numbers on the tests, the formation of the numbers - particularly the numeral 4 - on Donna's test changes between shots.

When Donna gets the results of her re-taken exam, John Witney hands her a folder. When the camera cuts to her, she is holding the folder but when it returns to John, the folder can be seen on his desk. When the camera cuts back to Donna, she is still carrying the folder as she leaves.

When Donna is looking out of the window after take-off on her first flight with Sierra, she is looking out to the left of the aircraft, even though she is sitting to the right of the cabin.

At the time when Christine and Donna are fighting in the forward cabin of the aircraft, Donna is apparently the only member of the cabin crew onboard. The first passengers can be seen ready to board the aircraft at this point, and during the boarding stage all members of the cabin crew would be in the cabin.

Christine is able to get on a Royalty plane after she was fired without a boarding pass. Security would have stopped her.

Flight attendants do not move up to becoming pilots. It's two completely different worlds.

Donna is flipping through her mail, which is addressed to her with an address of Cleveland OH 44054. However, 44054 is not a Cleveland zip code. It corresponds to Sheffield Lake, which is a suburb of nearby Lorain OH.

When Donna qualifies she gets a position flying for Royalty Express and is based at Cleveland International, she is seen working on a propeller-type aircraft, yet at the end when she has qualified as a airline captain the aircraft is a 757/767 jet, but her passenger announcement still quotes it as being Royalty Express.

The same footage is used for the aircraft landings at 40:00 and 49:00. The same vehicles drive by in the background and the smoke from the smokestacks are the same.

During the taking of the Christmas family photo, the lens cover is left on the camera.

After take-off during Donna's first flight with Sierra Air, she looks out the window at the wing, and the aircraft is clearly descending and has approach flaps and not take-off flaps selected.

Articles in the newspaper clipping that Donna reads on the plane don't match the headlines.

When Christine turns back around to confront Donna regarding the Ghost Rider that was on her flight who caught Christine stealing from the airline, there is a mic visible at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds near her chain belt she is wearing.

A reflection off of the camera glass is visible as the camera tails a plane in flight on the runway.

Gwyneth Paltrow's character is a Nevada native, but at 46:22 she mispronounces the state as "Nev-odd-ah." NO Nevada native would do that.

Donna reads a flight attendant job op brochure whose cover spells "Marriott" Hotel with just one "t."

Donna is walking through an airport terminal and sees two other flight attendants from her airline. They both salute her using their right hands, but she returns their salute using her left hand. Of course this could be because Donna is pulling her suit case with her right hand leaving her left hand free to salute.
