propaganda in pure form
Kirpianuscus20 June 2016
the actor saves the film. the script reflects the will of political regime. the few sparkles of real art needs give sense to the film. few rules who defines the Romanian films under Communism. "Drumeț în calea lupilor" is not an exception.a generous theme - last period of the life of the great historian Nicolae Iorga. fragments of political life in the end of "30's . good cast and a splendid try to explore the potential of his role of Valentin Teodosiu. and that is all. because the propaganda covers large zones. the strange image of Iron Guard. the speeches who are only empty, beautiful words. the desire to use the lead character as instrument against the past. the absence of credibility for many scenes. all seems be result of good intentions and heavy political pressure. result, the film becomes expression of propaganda in pure form, exercise of manipulation and fake picture of a historical period.

Pure comunist propaganda

90% of the script is pure BS. Actors are ok, directing is mediocre.
