Leeza Gibbons narrates this 40 minute show but is not heard or seen as much as the 14-18 year old students that are featured primarily. Two Latino teen couples are featured in the beginning, one pregnant and the other couple risking pregnancy with unprotected sex. Later, Caucasian couples from the Midwest are featured with their parents admitting ignorance about what might be going on with their kids behind closed doors. There is also a trip to a County Health Departments lab by New York teens where STDs are diagnosed daily. This is followed up by a women suffering from AIDS who was infected by her fiancée. The message that HIV does not discriminate is delivered passionately by another person whose family has been affected by the disease. Dr. Drew Pinsky also appears twice briefly facilitating discussion with teens.
