- After a rich young girl learns about a demon and it's terrible curse brought by her family for generations, she decides to go to her paternal village with her lover, and his friend, to find out the truth.
- Suman lives a wealthy lifestyle along with her widower dad, Thakur Ranvir Singh, and an unmarried aunt, Damyanti, in a palatial house in Bombay. They are direct descendants of Raja Hariman Singh of Bijapur. When Ranvir finds out that Suman is in love with a middle-class male, Sanjay, he expresses displeasure and forbids her to ever see him again. When she persists, he tells her that there is a curse on the entire family, a curse that was inflicted 200 years ago by a blood-thirsty, flesh-eating demon named Samri. This curse impacts only women in their family, who are hideously transformed after giving birth to their firstborn, and die a painful death. - A satanist Samri is put on trial aft he kills a king's daughter who was wandering in a cave. Before his execution, Samri puts a curse on the king's dynasty. Samri is beheaded after the king's order and his head is kept in the catacombs of the palace while his body is buried behind the purana mandir (Old Temple). The story moves 200 years forward and we are introduced to the descendants of the king. The descendants has moved away from the palace into the city. A girl from the same family falls in love with a poor boy. The father of the girl objects. He tells the daughter that a curse is put on their family. The curse always kills a newborn and turns the mother into a zombie corpse. The father shows the boy and the girl the picture of the palace. Later the girl along with her friends visits the palace to unearth the secret behind her dad's visions and curse without telling the father.
