All Over the Guy (2001)

Goofs

All Over the Guy

Edit

Continuity

The morning after Eli and Tom's first night together, Eli is covered by a blanket. In the next shot, Eli is wearing knee-length shorts and is not covered by a blanket.
When Brett proposes to Jackie, he gives her the ring box and she opens it and takes the ring out. In the next shot, she just has the open box without the ring in her hand.
When Eli is putting away groceries while talking to his sister Rayna, a sign appears on the cabinet door between shots.
While talking to Tom she says - something blue - I got the blue thong. Then when Jackie sits down beside Tom in her wedding dress, she is wearing red panties, a few shots later, still sitting in same location - she's wearing her "blue" panties - actually looking black.

Factual errors

Everything goes wrong when Eli and Tom have their first date at a nightclub. The first problem for Eli was that Tom was smoking. However in 2001, when this film was released, in California, where this movie takes place, it was illegal to smoke in bars or restaurants (restauarants starting in 1995 and in bars starting 1998).

Crew or equipment visible

When Eli and Tom leave the movie theater, the camera is reflected in the ticket counter as they walk behind it.
In the flashback with "The Feel Wheel", you can see the camera's shadow on the young Eli as he goes to the wheel.
When Eli and Tom are alone in the garden at the wedding, the plaid shirt of a crew member drifts into the shot on the left side of the screen.
