When Will is training Twoie in the garage, his sister comes up on a scooter with two hair braids out of her jacket. When she talks to Twoie, one braid is in her jacket.
When Twoie is first created, he is supposed to be naked. However, when he goes over to the bathroom counter to pick up the powder, you can briefly see that he is wearing clothing below the waist.
When Twoie dances in the cafeteria, a school boy says "All right" and turns on his boom box. But he never pressed a single button and the song starts up.
When the cloned mouse escapes the cage at the beginning of the film, a human hand can clearly be seen on the right side of the screen holding something to attract the mouse to move toward it.
