Maria's apartment door is hinged on the right and the locks are on the left when shown from the inside. When Maria comes home and her ex-husband is in the hallway the hinges and locks are on the opposite side from the external view.
When Ben is sitting in the bathroom strumming his guitar, the chords change but the fingers of his left hand clearly do not.
Annie states she has been married for 6 years and at one point says she has had few sexual partners because she got married at 22. She also states she is 30 years old. The three things don't add up.
