I was lucky enough to see this film at a private screening in Goshen, IN. If I had to describe this film in one word, it would be "admirable". From the Tarentino-esque dialogue, to the Roger Deakins-esque cinematography, this film is spectacular.
Being that the film's actors were inexperienced amateurs, I expected it to have an amateur feel to it. However, the acting was remarkable. For instance, when Stan Bache yelled, "Don't break the seal". There was a feeling of authenticity. This kind of naturalness really made the film.
It has been two years since this picture was released. The anticipation for these guys' next project is killing me.
