In the restaurant, the girl has captured a fly in her glass with ice, covers the glass with her hand. Then just prior to leaving you see the glass has what appears to be beer in it with no ice-but the fly's still there.
When the dead cop is propped up behind the bathroom door and the assassin comes in and sees the body in the mirror, the "dead man" raises his eyebrows right before the shot changes.
