- The gory high lights - The lead actor's stomach gets cut open and his guts fall out, he picks them up and stuffs them back into his stomach. In the end the lead actor's head and arm get cut off by his girlfriend, the torso tries to attack the girlfriend. It's stomach bursts open and appears to have teeth, the girlfriend finally kills him by stabbing the disembodied head. The head bursts open and the brain crawls away. The girlfriend grabs a meatcleaver and hacks the brain to pieces.
