Continuity

Around the 21st minute there is cigarette smoke occasionally visible and then not, at the desk of Agent Foster, but at no point does she or anyone near her smoke.
In the 28th minute the fleeing vehicle driven by Nick make a high speed right turn and is about to hit a slowly driving vehicle ahead of them, and would clearly have struck it but instead in the next shot the other vehicle is gone.
During the chase in which Ivan in the convertible is pursuing Amanda and Nick, the portable red and blue flashing lights on the pursuing vehicle's vehicle dashboard are flashing and then not, repeatedly, between shots.
In the 35th minute when Ivan, behind the street cart, is struck by the oncoming pickup truck, in between shots he disappears, then reappears.
In the 34th minute when police arrive after the trolley cars rams the convertible which was pursuing them, in between shots there are two police cars, then one and an unmarked unit.

Factual errors

In the 30th minute the ambulance has no unit/ID number.
In California, front and rear plates are required. Many vehicles in this movie are missing one or the other, and some even change between takes.
In the 34th minute the police car has no unit number on it and the officers' uniforms have shoulder patches but no other insignia or other identifying information.
In the 42nd minute Agent Foster asks Nick to enter his password for his bank account, so she can prove that she has already changed the password. Why he would do this makes no sense, because if she had not changed his password (which she couldn't, anyway), FBI forensics could establish what password he typed into their laptop. Also, both agents can see him enter his password.
In the 41st minute there is at least one plane in the hangar without a mandatory tail number.

Miscellaneous

In the movie, Amanda says that her daughter's name is spelled R-O-B-Y-N. In the closing credits the name is spelled with an 'I' instead of a 'Y'.
Several times during the restaurant shootout, somebody who is "shot" shows no blood, but a red handkerchief appears on the left side of their body.
In the 72nd minute, there is a bush on fire on a front lawn with no other fire anywhere nearby.
In the 72nd minute when Robyn escapes the elevator for the second, one can clearly see by the movement of her legs that she is pulled out, and the footage is sped-up.
In the 93rd minute when Nick drops what looks like a bag of concrete mix atop the helicopter's rotor blade, it's unclear why within seconds there is smoke emanating from within the helicopter, from near the machine gunner.

Plot holes

In the 5th minute Nick orders coffee from security/concierge via the camera aimed at his desk. In the next scene, he enters a washroom with a clean, empty coffee cup which he places on the counter. After rigging the chemical device in a bathroom stall, he returns to his desk without the coffee, which was likely his alibi for leaving the desk. But there would be video evidence that he returned to his desk without the cup.
Around the 32nd minute it is unclear and never explained how Nick escaped from Amanda and her handcuffs on the trolley after they struck the convertible. In the next scene, she is in an FBI meeting.
In the 66th minute, trapped in the elevator, Robyn addresses the gentleman as Mr. Corsi. Earlier, he introduced himself as "Patrick, or Pat." She would not know his last name.
In the 81st minute Nick and Amanda climb out of a sewer grate. It is unexplained how they ended up in the sewer.
