At the end, Annie is holding a cloth over her eyebrow and she is bleeding. When she comes back to see her children, her eyebrow is perfectly fine, she is not even wearing a bandage.
When Annie get home from the grocery store, her car door is broken and won't close all the way. After she takes the groceries out of the trunk, the car door is now closed all the way.
Annie picks up the photo album from her son's bed and carries it with her as she leaves, but once she is outside of the room, she no longer has it.
When meeting Wayne to talk about her son, Annie is wearing blue and white stripes. Later that day she stops by the auto shop to have Buddy look at her broken car door and is wearing pink. Later still that day, she's back to the blue and white.
When Annie gives a reading for Valerie after the court case, the bottom card is clearly visible to be the wavy lines. However, when Annie begins dealing them out, it has changed to the star.
The cards which Annie uses have nothing to do with fortune telling or prediction. There are called Zener cards and are a deck of twenty five cards, five of each symbol. They are used to test for ESP to see how closely a subject is able to predict their order in the deck or which one is hidden in an envelope.
The Zener Rhine Testing Cards used by Cate Blanchett's character are not "fortune telling" cards. They were developed by the Rhine Institute at Duke University to TEST psychic ability between test subjects to include remote viewing, not as another form of Tarot cards, for example.
When Annie gives a reading for Valerie Barksdale after the trial, and she covers the cards with her hands, her watch is on her wrist upside down.
When Buddy Cole has his father tied up and he's going nuts outside their house, there is a part where he slightly turns away (toward the siding of the white house.) That part of his "speech" is voiced over because he's talking, but his lips are not moving.
When Annie is talking to the prosecutor about re-opening the case, a crew member's reflection can be seen in the window.
When everyone is at the swamp looking for the Jessica's body, a camera is visible in the tree.
The time line doesn't fit. Annie's son says that they never go to the cemetery to see daddy...to which Annie responds that they had just been there "last month on his birthday" (the dad's). She tells Wayne that Mike's problems may be because "his daddy died about a year ago this same time". However, at the end when we see the dad's grave marker, it shows that he was born in January (three months prior to the April 8th date of the missing Jessica), and he had died in November - nowhere near the time that she had stated to Wayne in his office. (It, of course, was April, just before Jessica King went missing.) It isn't possible that they could have visited his grave "last month" nor that he had died a year prior.
