When Vanessa arrives at Bill's house in Dublin and gets the key from under the mat, she enters from the outside, when she turns to close the door you see a curtain or cloth hanging behind her, not the street, the same curtain is still there when Bill comes in later and calls to Vanessa as he comes through the door.
When Vanessa returns to her family business in the States after meeting Bill in Venice the outside scene shot clearly has European vehicles in the street not American vehicles. The same scene and building are shown again when Vanessa is arriving in Dublin in the taxi to meet Bill for the weekend.
The two Kosovo Liberation Army men, Danko and Zoran, have names that are normally used by Serbs or Croats rather than Albanians.
