This film shows a man with TETRAPLEGIA (quadriplegia), NOT paraplegia. The man in this film has a spinal cord injury at the C5 level and in the film is a college student. He has a physically intimate relationship with his able-bodied girlfriend and talks about their relationship and some history about his spinal cord injury. It shows them shopping together, fixing dinner, and relaxing prior to making love. They demonstrate some of their sexual techniques (primarily oral) with voice-over talking about their physical and emotional relationship. This is designed as an educational film and is still used extensively in sexuality counseling for people with spinal cord injuries. The "hippie" lifestyle of the two subjects may turn some off today, but if you can get past this, it is still a valuable film.
