During the chase, Carter pushes sideways a towed car with his Cadillac. Carter's car escapes undamaged.
At 38.16 in, when the Volvo pulls out and the chase begins, the front and rear lights are on. At 38.53, just after it pulls a left, the rear lights are out. Seconds later, the rear lights are back on and remain so until the end of the chase.

In the chase between the Cadillac STS and the Jaguar, a Datsun pickup (with covered bed) is hit at an intersection. Later on, the two chase cars pass the same pickup again (which is now undamaged). The same pickup is also used as a prop in the night chase between the Volvo and the old Cadillac.

During the chase scene between Carter and the boys from Vegas the chase jumps from SoDo, to Yesler, to Queen Anne and various other locals from north to south Seattle with a mere turn. Also, beneath the viaduct is portrayed as an actual road in areas where it's only a parking lot.
