Trivia Mike shows Virginia the movie poster for Lunch (1972), which features his name in the corner. In reality, Curt McDowell directed the film. The poster art was created by Phillip Heffernan, who was featured as Mitch and wore many other hats on this movie, and Heffernan soon recruited costar Marion Eaton to appear with him in McDowell's cult classic Thundercrack! (1975). See more »
