- Some cartoon violence, the game involves using weapons and other items to kill characters in the game. But the violence isn't too graphic and it looks quite unrealistic.
- In some parts of the game you have to shoot and kill turkeys
- In another part of the game you can run over hobo's, they fall down to the ground it is very mild.

- The game is based on the tamer first season of the show, so it isn't as foul as later episodes/games
- If it came out today, it would be rated T, as there's no sex, and all strong language is censored. Also, the gore is cartoonish.
- Some strong language is used. The words "Ass", "Asshole", "Bastard", "Bitch", "Crap", "Damn", "Dildo", "Hell", "Pissed" and "Titties" are featured. "Fuck" and "Shit" are bleeped.
