Continuity

The strap on Mouth's binoculars.
When Joey's head is pushed into the toilet, the water is clear when seen from below. However, when the scene is shown from overhead, the water is bright blue, as is the water that Joey spits out.
When two of the gang members and the ladies are kidnapped from the retirement home, as they get in the car the weather is clear and the road is dry. However, in the next scene as they arrive at the dock the road is wet with small puddles - a clear sign that it rained between shots.

Factual errors

The end scene after the wedding takes place at dusk, but when Bobby and Olivia sit on the beach the sun is coming from the ocean side which in Miami Beach would mean it was the east making the scene filmed at dawn.
City of Miami Police Department responding to a City of Miami Beach murder scene.
When Bobby is rescuing bats in the bathroom, he does not close the nose of the unconscious one, which is necessary during the artificial respiration.
During the scene where the "Latin Drug Lord" Raul Ventana is holding a gun to Det. Neal's head and she reverts back to a little girl in Bobby Bartellemeo's eyes, the little girl has brown eyes while the grown-up version has blue.
