The newspaper article on Zenigata being shot reads as "Nspector Zenigata Shooted" when it should be "Inspector Zenigata Shot".

The file Vicky presents Zenigata reads "Mathers against drunk driving" instead of "Mothers against drunk driving"

The plot thread of how Lupin and Fujiko managed to get the poisoned tarantula tattoos removed is unsolved.

Jigen is uncharacteristically unconcerned about Lupin at the end, even though there's a chance he'll die from the poisoned tattoo; he has openly cried a couple of times whenever Lupin was seemingly killed, and in Part 1 Episode 4 he acted unconcerned but started to quietly panic after a while.
