- Antonis Tsakas is a wealthy landowner in the fertile plains of Thessaly. He traditionally needs many workers to harvest his wheat. But he tries to modernize the process by purchasing a combine harvester. The workers fear that they will loose their jobs, and a protest is is about to begin.
