If you are an ex-Yugoslavian male and you are more than 40 this movie could reminds you of army days in JNA (Yugoslavian National Army).
Interesting plot with flat end... Acting is at average, especially for the main character... I don't know if a viewer who is not involved in army life could get an impression that alcohol is allowed during military duties... Or if it is allowed to drive faster your personal car in the night if you are an army officer. Seems that some scenes look unreal, but having on mind it was a period of different political system than now, maybe it could be acceptable.
