Before local music venue The Underground streamed a audience-free gig from band Shader,I checked what short films I've downloaded that I've yet to play. Intrigued by the political events the title covers, I got set to discover the turmoil.

In the first major protest to take place in the country since WWII, director Zelimir Zilnik takes the audience into the heart of the student marches with clipped tracking shots towards the protester to be interviewed. Whilst being clear over which side he backs from a lack of interviews of anyone linked to Tito over the move away from socialist ideals,Zilnik stuns with cracking cinema verite stylisation of jump-cut edits and whip-pans between the protests and interviews with students over the abuse they had suffered from the police over the June turmoil.
