Dr. Benderfax is on the verge of a mad scientist's career high: the discovery of a mysterious psychic phenomenon that will endow him with boundless fantastic powers. Unfortunately, his enigmatic research often proves fatal to his unwitting human test subjects, and when a young do-good doctor stumbles upon Benderfax's secret experiments, it threatens to spoil everything.

DR.BENDERFAX is a highly esteemed medical researcher who will do whatever it takes to reach a scientific goal. Unfortunately, the doctor's unorthodox experiments often result in the termination of his human patients, so he and his partner, Nurse Clench, acquire a psychiatric hospital and use the resident mental patients as subjects for their enigmatic research. Just as the formidable BENDERFAX makes a "breakthrough" in his research of a mysterious psycho-physical phenomenon, called the "telefaximial field", a do-good young doctor named Andrew March stumbles upon the sordid truth about the Institute's experiments and threatens to expose the deadly operation.
