I used to watch this film when it was on Bleu Nuit in the late 80's. I hadn't seen it for awhile but I found an old VHS tape.
Une Fille is about this rich kid named Childeric who has been looking for an empty missile shell from World War II that an American hid money and gold bars in. People in the French town try to befriend him so they can get a share of the loot if he were to find it.
A pair of punky girls kidnap him, hoping to get a huge ransom from his Dad but (shades of the later Ruthless People) he refuses to pay. However, the punks teach him the pleasures of sex and make him "a man".
Also, there's this couple. The boyfriend tries to get his sister to seduce Childeric so they can get a share of the fortune while the goofy-looking girlfriend seemingly is obsessed with exhibitionism.
Une Fille is a pretty entertaining film with likable characters and good eye candy. Like Emmanuelle, they like to recycle their main theme again and again; typical French. Still, a fun romp from France. It was good to screen it again 20 years later.
