If you know nothing of kung fu and acupuncture you will still know nothing after watching this
ckormos19 June 2019
It starts as if a documentary about acupuncture. Suddenly everyone is running around because of a pirate attack. These pirates are only concerned with rape. They start to rape a sick young lady but she puts her earrings on and turns into a kung fu killing machine against the rapists then collapses. Next the men stand around and talk about what to do. Another woman prefers death by chopsticks rather than rape.

By 15 minutes in this movie has totally jumped the shark. The acupuncture is total nonsense and the fights are a physical version of the same.

Sun Yueh once again plays a sniveling traitor to the Japanese. That is the only thing I found that made sense in this movie.

My copy is an old VHS converted to an AVI file. The video is square and there are English and Chinese hard subtitles.

This movie would only draw the attention of a hard core fan of martial arts movies of the golden age from 1967 to 1984. That fan would be well aware that quite a few of these movies are really bad. Add this one to the list.
